The Massachusetts Facility Administrators Association (MFAA) Fall Conference & EXPO will take place on October 17-19, 2023, from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the DCU Center in Worcester.

Tuesday 10/17:

• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at E.L. Harvey (single stream facility)
  • Leadership session by Christina Renaud (K-12 Pros)
  • Workshop on Working with Entitled Individuals by Paul Anastasi & Ken Wertz
  • Facility tour and education on single stream recycling process
• Tuesday evening at DCU Center
  • EXPO Floor with 90+ Vendor Booths opens from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Attendees and vendor sponsors can connect, share, and learn
  • Beverages, appetizers, and small dinner plates will be served on the EXPO Floor

Wednesday 10/18:

• 9:00 AM kickoff at DCU with a morning keynote
• EXPO Floor opens with lunch served on the floor
• Breakout sessions (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM) include:
  • MSBA’s new Executive Director Mary Pichetti
  • Google Ops Hero lab for tech support and learning Google Platform tools
  • Leadership tracks focusing on succession planning
  • Energy, renewables, code updates, and electrification discussions
  • Facilities topics such as playground design, roof PV, heat pump technology, and rethinking cleaning
  • Dedicated Showcase Spotlight sessions for learning about individual firms like Mitsubishi and FMX
• Wednesday evening Banquet Dinner at DCU Center Jr. Ballroom with entertainment

Thursday (Half Day) 10/19:

• 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Activities include Leadership sessions, an inside look at customers, and a guided panel discussion
