Have you registered your organization for the EPA’s Food Recovery Challenge?  The process is short and simple and takes only a few minutes.

The Food Recovery Challenge asks participants to reduce as much of their food waste as possible – saving money, helping communities, and protecting the environment. Participants should submit baseline data within 90 days of joining.  If you’ve already registered, remember to log in to your account and submit your baseline data by March 31, 2014.
