The Greater Quabbin Food Alliance is organizing two free workshops on November 6 and December 4 about composting, source reduction, and food donation for businesses, restaurants, organizations, and events.

The November session will cover topics relevant to reducing waste from your regular business operations – everything from food service businesses to office lunchrooms – and small, regular events like meetings or monthly gatherings that often have food brought in. This session will include presentations from ClearView Composting, RecyclingWorks in MA, Rachel’s Table, and Franklin County Solid Waste Management District.
