The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) is compiling information on Earth Day events open to the public in Massachusetts.  Information about these events will be shared in a press release and on MassDEP’s website.  If your organization or community is hosting an event for Earth Day, you can get the word out and share the event information by taking this survey.

Please fill out one survey per event. You may submit events until April 22, even if they will be occurring after that date.

Note: This survey requests the email address of the respondent for verification purposes only. The respondent’s email address will not be made public or published on MassDEP’s website.
