DESCRIPTION:The combination of contamination in recycling streams and prese
 nt market conditions has disrupted recycling infrastructure in Massachuset
 ts. MassDEP will be leading a Statewide Recycling Education Initiative to 
 improve recycling habits by raising public awareness about what materials 
 can be put in curbside recycling. Reduced contamination will improve the q
