SUMMARY:RecyclingWorks Practical Skills Compost Workshop
DESCRIPTION:RecyclingWorks in Massachusetts is hosting a no-cost Practical 
 Skills Compost Workshop with emphasis on composting food materials. This h
 alf-day workshop will focus on operator competency in compost site managem
 ent\, in-field operations\, and recipe development.\n\nThis workshop is ge
 ared towards:\n\n• Food materials composting operations registered with 
 MDAR or MassDEP\n• Municipal or small-scale site operators either curren
 tly accepting or considering accepting food materials\n• Other intereste
 d parties considering starting a compost site and accepting off-site food 
 materials\n\nThe workshop will be led by James McSweeney of Compost Techni
 cal Services and Greg Smith from Town of Needham Department of Public Work
 s. All interested parties are encouraged to register but priority will be 
 given to compost site operators in Massachusetts that are currently accept
 ing food materials or planning to begin accepting food materials.\n\nThis
