 illings and Josh Cook from RecyclingWorks in MA will discuss:\n\n 	How to 
 estimate how much food waste your business is producing and the potential 
 savings from starting a food waste collection program.\n 	Recommended prac
 tices for source separation of food waste\, starting in the kitchen.\n 	Wo
 rking with commercial haulers for the collection of food waste.\n 	Guideli
 nes for proper food waste storage\, from cleanliness to container maintena
 nce.\n 	Actions to reduce food waste.\n 	How to partner with a food rescue
  organization to donate surplus food.\n 	Successful examples of food waste
  diversion at several businesses and institutions.\n 	The Commercial Organ
 ics Waste Ban.\n 	Free technical assistance available to businesses throu
 gh RecyclingWorks in MA\n\nRepresentatives from Green Needham and the Need
 ham Department of Public Works will also present on local collaborations t
