 rce reduction of food waste. RecyclingWorks in Massachusetts is developing
  best management practices for source reduction of food waste at instituti
 onal food service operations. RecyclingWorks is coordinating a stakeholder
  engagement process that will inform the development of this guidance. The
  stakeholder engagement process includes discussions to learn about source
  reduction strategies at institutional food service operations such as col
 leges and universities\, hospitals\, prisons\, and corporate cafeterias. T
 his topic is also on the agenda for the RecyclingWorks WasteWise Fall Foru
