 al Skills Workshop on Thursday\, October 10th\, 2024\, from 1:00 to 4:30 P
 M at Black Earth Compost’s site in Groton. \nThis no-cost workshop\, co
 nducted in collaboration with James McSweeney of Compost Technical Service
 s and The 131° School of Composting\, will focus on aerated static pile (
 ASP) composting of food scraps and other organic materials.  \nRegistrat
 ion is required. Priority registration is given to the following participa
 nts based in Massachusetts:  \n\n	Operators of agricultural\, municipal\
 , and private compost sites that accept off-site food materials  \n	Oper
 ators of small-scale sites that accept off-site food scraps\, such as comm
 unity garden compost sites \n	Other interested parties considering starti
 ng a commercial compost site and accepting off-site food materials \n\nIf
  the workshop reaches capacity\, you will be placed on a waitlist and noti
